Fabrication

In addition to manufacturing extended surface tubing, Delfin Tubes S.A. can incorporate it into heat recovery systems and supply it as complete unit. If required, we can also include the supply of the steel structure, refractory lining, accessories and assembly.

Delfin Tubes capabilities and services are many and varied, but can be broadly categorized as:

We work with numerous steels, including carbon steel, stainless, nickel and special alloys. Our highly qualified welders are certified in GTAW and SMAW.

We combine highly skilled craftsmanship, technology and sizable facilities to produce very large equipment in complex configurations not available from other manufacturers.

Delfin Tubes S.A. is completely dedicated to Quality Assurance and has a very well equipped materials inspection department to assure a constant follow up during all fabrication stages including NDT and documentation.
